OFFICE MANAGER

Marge:

I began my career as a Dental Assistant working in Massachusetts. I soon became interested in the business aspect of the dental office. I developed strong skills in Insurance and Administrative duties. I was pleased to become a part of the Suffield Village Dental team in 1991 As Office Manager, I pride myself in managing a friendly, knowledgeable, family-oriented office. Prior to my dental career, I earned a Paralegal Certificate from the Paralegal Institute at Springfield College. I enjoy spending quality tie with my husband and my teenaged daughter

RECEPTIONISTS:

Donna:

I have been a receptionist at Suffield Village Dental since 2006.  I love spending time with my husband and our 6 children.  I am very fortunate to have the flexibility to care for my children and also be able to work with a friendly, fun, knowledgeable group of people.  I also enjoy greeting our patients and looking forward to meeting new ones.

Michele:

I am the newest member of the SVD staff, having celebrated my one-year anniversary as one of the receptionists.  After twenty years of being a “stay-at-home Mom”, I am extremely fortunate to be working for such a great dental practice.  Realizing that I am the first face a patient sees when entering our office, I am committed to making sure they are treated in a professional and caring manner – and always with a smile!

ASSISTANTS:

Tina:

I have been a Dental Assistant with Suffield Village Dental since 2006.  I graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Porter & Chester in 2000.  I also expanded my experience in the dental field and work as a receptionist in the office as well.  I am pleased to have the benefit of working with two outstanding dentists and amazing, caring, friendly people, who have become not only my co-workers, but my friends.  I enjoy working with people and most of all I love my job!

Karri:

I have been a Certified Dental Assistant for Suffield Village Dental since 2006.  I am fortunate enough to say that I love my job and the people with whom I work.  I graduated from Concord Career Institute in Tampa, Fl.  My objective at Suffield Village Dental is to provide the best care possible to our patients while making them feel comfortable and at home.

Ela:

I’ve been working at Suffield Village Dental as a Dental Assistant since 2008 and my job is to make all patients as comfortable as they can be in the dental chair.  I really enjoy assisting with Dr. Albert and Dr. Tini.  My position here has encouraged me to continue my college education in the medical field.

HYGIENISTS

Kristen:

I started with SVD as a Dental Assistant in 2001.  Shortly afterwards I decided to continue my education in the dental field to become a Dental Hygienist.  During that time, I took the DANB exam and earned my CDA while I took pre-requisite classes.  I was accepted into the Tunxis Community College Dental Hygiene Program in 2004.  I graduated in 2006 and have been working full-time as a Hygienist at SVD.

Kris:

Celebrating twenty years at SVD!  I am a graduate of Northeastern University and Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists, Boston, MA.  I reside in Torrington with my husband John, children Abby, Casey, Mackenzie and a menagerie of pets.  It is a pleasure working with our friendly staff, top-notch doctors and great patients.  Go Red Sox!!
